Q: I have an incredible surplus of purple hulled peas. My girlfriend's mother grows then in her garden and cans them. We have about 15 pints of them in our cupboard from last year — and I assume we're going to get another 25 to 50 pints this year.

Aside from just eating them as a side, any advice on what creative things I can do with purple hulled peas?
