Day 15 Task: Restock Your Pantry & Buy Necessary Tools
Are you ready for the long weekend? I am. After cleaning and organizing all week I'm ready to restock all the things that were expired in my pantry and maybe get a fun new tool that I think would be beneficial for my kitchen.
When I was organizing and condensing everything in my pantry I noticed that a few key things were missing for baking like brown sugar and cake flour. I also make a lot of homemade hummus, but my tahini was expired. I also wanted to stock up on some snack-y things like crackers and banana chips.
As for buying a new tool for the kitchen, I've been thinking about buying a mandoline. Is it essential? Probably not. But I've used it a lot in culinary school and find that it's a huge time-saver.
Am I missing anything from this list? What are you kitchen pantry essentials?
