What Are You Cooking for Hanukkah?

Hanukkah began at sundown Sunday evening, and the Festival of Lights will run all week. We like to think of Hanukkah as the Holiday of Fried Food; fried treats are very traditional, and it's a great excuse to eat some doughnuts! What are you cooking for Hanukkah this year? Here are a few recipes that made us look twice.

Here a few recent and traditional Hanukkah recipes we'd like to try:

Fritelle di Hanukkah (Hanukkah Fritters)
How to: Potato Latkes
Cauliflower Latkes
Chocolate Hanukkah Doughnuts With Chocolate Filling
