Hanukkah began at sundown Sunday evening, and the Festival of Lights will run all week. We like to think of Hanukkah as the Holiday of Fried Food; fried treats are very traditional, and it's a great excuse to eat some doughnuts! What are you cooking for Hanukkah this year? Here are a few recipes that made us look twice.
Here a few recent and traditional Hanukkah recipes we'd like to try:
• Fritelle di Hanukkah (Hanukkah Fritters)
• How to: Potato Latkes
• Cauliflower Latkes
• Chocolate Hanukkah Doughnuts With Chocolate Filling
