Q: I was just given 18 liters (2 cartons) of beer (English-Style Bitter Ale) as a gift. Are there any great recipes I can use for all of this as I'm not a huge beer drinker myself?

Editor: I love using beer in stews and soups — one bottle in a big batch of chili or beef stew does amazing things.
