Q: I'm trying to eat better and lose weight in the process. I take raw veggies, fruit, and dips to work to nibble on during the day. The problem is, I don't like raw carrots. I've tried them with all sorts of dip, and I like them fine cooked, but I can't stand them raw.
I think it's the texture because I'm the same with broccoli and cauliflower.
Anyway, right now I'm only eating cucumber and bell peppers — any other suggestions for raw veggies that go great with various dips?

Editor: I'm especially fond of eating snap peas with hummus and others dips. You can also try grape or cherry tomatoes, celery, and radishes.
Kitchn readers, what are your favorite veggies to eat with dip?
