Q: I manage the Facebook page for my parents' small family farm and maple business. My mom has a lot of great maple recipes that we've been sharing using the "Notes" feature, but I'm not loving how that's working. What are your suggestions for the best Facebook apps for sharing recipes?

If you have pictures for the recipes, I would consider using Pinterest. Then you could have your updates feed to their Facebook wall. This could also provide a good way to connect with people who might specifically be looking for maple recipes.
I know it's not a facebook app, but I often "Like" or "Friend" people's food blogs that I go visit throughout the week. I like it because you can see what they are up. It makes them more of a person rather than a website I visit for recipes.
I use Pepperplate.
I can import recipes from other sites, put a picture and later share it to facebook and twitter, but I don't use this very often. In fact I've never used it before :S
I would blog it on say wordpress or blogger, then use one of the apps that connect blogs and fb to automatic upload new entries, (I've been using networkedblogs for years now with no complaint)
I haven't heard of a recipe app for facebook, any developers out there, please look into this, would be awesome.
