Q: I'm a vegan, and I eat a bowl of grains, steamed or roasted vegetables, and legumes almost every day, generally with some kind of tahini sauce.
But I'm in need of new inspiration.
Can you recommend good, creamy sauces to tie it all together that aren't tahini-based?
