Q: My office is having a bake sale to support a school supplies drive for homeless and low-income kids in our area. We've always had great participation with our bake sale fundraisers in the past, but since we've recently had temps in the 90s and 100s, I don't know if people will be as willing as usual to turn on their ovens for a good cause.

To encourage participation, I’d like to provide my co-workers with a variety of ideas for no-bake treats and desserts, but many of the recipes I’ve found require refrigeration, which won’t be available during the sale. Do you have any ideas for no-bake goodies that will also hold up well to sitting at room temperature (climate-controlled) for up to 4 hours? Thanks in advance for your help!
