Q: I've been looking for some new cookbooks but I always run into the same problem: I don't eat red meat.
My diet usually consists of chicken, turkey, squab, various types of fish, and seafood. I'm a novice cook so I don't know if it's easy to switch out red meat for chicken or fish.
Are there any really good cookbooks for those of us who don't eat red meat? I often end up not using 2/3 of the recipes in most cookbooks! Any help or suggestions would be amazing!
