Q: A friend recently sent me home with some chops and ground meat from her goats. I've eaten goat before but never cooked with it. I'm hoping The Kitchn community has some great goat recipes to share.

Editor: Goat is so delicious! It is a very lean meat, so it's best cooked slowly over low heat. Try it in a stew, curry, or ragu, or in these tacos.
