Q: My dad recently had gastric bypass surgery after a slow losing battle with diabetes. He's been very healthy lately, but the joys he experienced in eating have been diminished by the permanent diet of very small portions

(he can't eat more than half a small sandwich before having to stop) and many liquids. This has made him regret the surgery since he's mostly stuck to tuna sandwiches and protein shakes since.

Do you have any recommendations for small yet flavorful portions that he can savor? I want him to be happy but it's been a tough road so far.
