Q: A couple of months ago, my partner and I decided to get 12 chickens. We thought some might not make it to egg-laying age, but it's approaching fast and all 12 are still in fine health, which means we are about to have an abundance of eggs in the near future.
Though some of our bounty will be going to friends and a few will make it into breakfast each day, I'd really like to make some egg dishes that will freeze well. I'm at a total loss. Ideas?
