Q: I'm 4 1/2 months pregnant and was finally beginning to get my appetite back after the nauseous first trimester. That the joy was short-lived as now I've been detected with high sugar levels and have to follow a very strict gestational diabetic diet. Could you please help me out with some simple and healthy yet tasty food ideas to keep my sugar levels under control?
