What are Good Make-Ahead Breakfasts?

Good Questions

Q: My son leaves the house, bleary-eyed, at 5:30AM for his summer job. Is there something I can make ahead of time that he can heat and eat? He likes oatmeal, waffles, pancakes, and eggs sometimes, but often winds up eating cereal, which doesn't really hold him through the morning. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks!

Editor: We love frittatas because they can be made ahead of time with leftovers or ingredients you need to use up, and they make a great, filling breakfast:
