AT Media, the company behind The Kitchn and Apartment Therapy is actively looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team in our fast-paced and fun Soho office!

Job Summary:
Account Manager will support the Advertising Sales team through
the planning, implementation, and execution of sold sponsorship programs.
The Account Manager will communicate directly with clients to help
support Account Executives with all aspects of the post-sales process. This
role requires excellent communication skills and comfort with interfacing with internal and client teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in brainstorms with sales team to create unique custom campaigns, providing planning support for idea execution 

  • Partner with our Sales Development team to manage custom programs and make recommendations for optimizations 


  • Work with Ad Operations team to ensure delivery and client satisfaction 


  • Lead the execution of advertising partner programs including website, email, custom content creation, video and social content/distribution
  • Liaison with clients and agencies on creative assets, approvals, reporting needs and flighting
  • Surface any client issues and make recommendations for solutions


  • Track and report on the results of advertiser campaigns and programs


  • Manage the distribution of client invoices and reports, assist finance team during collection process
  • Help account executives manage pipeline and develop strategies for new category development through pre-sales prospecting
  • Execute performance reports for all campaigns and make optimization recommendations 


  • Identify opportunities for growth and optimization with advertising networks, products and partnerships


  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of advertising support experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising processes including DFP
  • Strong understanding current digital marketplace trends
  • Strong understanding of advertising measurement tools and success
metrics
  • Self-starter and team oriented important requirements
