Weekend Report: Urban Harvest

With the office move this weekend, there was no time to cook. We got our fill of connecting with food by attending the Urban Harvest event downtown, put on by the nice folks at Slow Food USA.

We met some great food producers from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont and New Hampshire (aka "New Amsterdam"). We'll be profiling their products over the next few weeks, as the site goes live, for real.

Lemon Custard! Long Island Potato Chips! Tilapia! Grass-fed Cow's Cheese!
