You can forget everything you know (or thought you knew) about s'mores. Inspired by the summertime classic, this cool trio skips the heat and starts with a cool wedge of watermelon.

How To Do It

Start with watermelon cut into squares, roughly the same size as a graham cracker. Spread a layer of cool whip on two graham cracker squares. Add a piece of watermelon on one of the squares, then top with the other.
