I like sneaking chia seeds into my breakfast: usually sprinkled on top of yogurt or hidden in my fruit smoothie. It's an easy way to get some extra omega-3s and fiber first thing in the morning. I especially like the idea of adding chia seeds to muffins or waffles. I imagine the texture of the chia seeds in these two breakfast recipes might be similar to poppy seeds, which would be great.
