Video: The Magic Robot Spatula

Have you seen this video of the magic robot spatula? It's pretty amazing; it can pick up and put down soft, semi-liquid foods like mayonnaise without a wrinkle. Take a quick peek!

According to CrunchGear, the Japanese company that developed this rather amazing little gadget (which they call SWITL) initially created it to deal with bread dough in large-scale bakeries. They are still working to get a patent on the technology.

We're not quite sure if this will ever make its way to the home kitchen, but how cool would it be? Think of it — never mess up another pancake flip!
