All right, many of you may think we saved the best for last. This is a whole mini-episode of reality food TV with Curtis Stone, the Take Home Chef himself. Stone is currently a spokesperson for Breville, and here you can see him showing off their new blender. It's a very nice blender, but we were more taken with the deft way he sliced up the mango for this fruit Bellini. It makes us look forward to summer fruit!

now, when i attempt to cut up a mango, that bugger is so slimey when peeled that i can't cut it. i end up not peeling it, but rather cutting off big pieces, scoring the insides like i'm dicing it, flipping it 'inside out' and eating off the cubes of mango. it's really an easy and less messy way to eat a mango. except...then i go stand over the sink to gnaw on the pit! :)
