Here's an interesting and practical product that we saw at the Housewares show - stackable pots and pans with removable handles. You only need one set of handles and they snap off and on one-handed. Take a look! More info about these Cristel pots below...
We were intrigued by this concept, since the pots and pans have a slimmer profile and it seems like they would store more neatly in small kitchens. We also like how the handles can be snapped on the lids for easy pickup, too. They hook on one-handed, as you see in the video, and they lock firmly.
What do you think? Snap-on/off handles?
These are not widely available yet; see the Cristel website for more info.

Straw Mat from The ...

I like it, it would make all your cookware essentially ovenproof and yet you wouldn't have to be careful not to burn yourself on a metal handle while it was on the stove.
These have been around for more than 5 years - I tried to get them in the US, but very hard to find and very, very expensive - just gave up and bought the T-fal version of it (" Ingenio" the non-stick coated version).
I have been using them for years and love it!! The T-fal version also has clip-on handles and stacks neatly in my pantry. I believe they are discontinued in the US.
