Feeling lazy? Popkov's various Russian dumplings are excellent. Made in the Bay Area, no nasty additivies.
Durian is just one of those things I know I will never willingly eat again. Ugh.
Urg, it's Pelmeni, and they are not really tortellini. The dough is different, and they are not served with tomato sauce or anything like that, but with vinegar, pepper and butter.
And Slavs have a LOT of dumpling like dishes - pelmeni (russian), vareniki (ukrainian), chebureki (georgian), hachapuri (geogian).
If it's different ingredients, and the dishes are served different ways, then stop calling them familiar names. These are all different dishes. Chebureki are NOT empanadas, and Pelmeni or Chuvrava are NOT tortellini - call them a generic dumpling if you must, but do not confuse them with anything italian.
Rice noodles are not spaghetti.
