I love the stuff at Unica Home, but their customer service is the worst. I placed just one order with them but that was enough to scare me off forever. I wrote about my experience in detail at Epinions, you can read it here:

They've received very mixed reviews on Epinions.
Another thing that I didn't mention in the review is that I used the 'contact form' on their website to ask a question about shipping prior to ordering and I never received a reply. The field autofills my email address once I start typing it so I'm quite sure I gave them my correct email address. I clean out my junk mail daily so I know their reply didn't get lost in there.
I had a wedding registry on Unica Home but I shut it down after my whole flatware ordeal.
As I concluded in my review: "When transactions are in the range of hundreds or thousands of dollars, a business needs to take better care of its customers."
I too love Unica, but, unlike Christina, I have had nothing but positive experiences with their customer service. They were very helpful in arranging an easy return/credit on an item that my partner ordered in the wrong size. Also when the requested color on an item in my order was on backorder, I received a telephone call asking if I would like to substitute another color rather than wait before my order was shipped. All in all, I have been very satisfied with all of my dealings with this company.
WORST STORE EVER!!! Being an interior designer, this is without a doubt the worst store I have ever dealt with. Not only are they unreliable and take forever to place an order, but I have ordered over $100,000 of furniture, and they refuse to help if something is damaged upon delivery. Truly, they act like they don't ever care. I know about 30 other designers in the NYC area that won't ever order from them. Take your business elsewhere and go to another source.
