
Ever since we saw these lovely breadsticks from Lucy over at Lucy's Kitchen Notebook we have been looking for an excuse to try them. They're quite simple yet brilliant: she layered spring herbs between sheets of phyllo dough, then rolled the dough into breadstick shapes and baked.
These would be beautiful for spring, piled in your bread basket...
