We love adding fruit to our iced tea – plums, berries, citrus ... and now our latest obsession: lychees! We have been putting them in our cold brewed iced tea as it steeps for a wonderful sweetness and fragrance. You can use fresh or canned lychees. If you have the canned variety and you normally add sugar to your iced tea, try using the syrup, instead – heavenly!
