These peanut butter bites are just the thing when you're looking for a tasty, easy-to-make travel snack that'll satisfy your sweet tooth (without going overboard!). The sweetness comes from dates, and the whole recipe takes only about 10 minutes to make — great when you're running late and need travel munchies pronto!
To make these bites, Sara of Sprouted Kitchen pulsed peanut butter, dates, almonds, and a little bit of vanilla and cinnamon in a food processor, rolled the dough into small balls, then pressed down with a fork to make the little hatch marks. That's it! Super easy.
Not a fan of peanut butter? Try another nut butter, and feel free to play around with ingredients — a little coconut or chocolate would probably be great.
