Transform Cranberry Sauce Leftovers into Healthy Breakfast Parfaits

Do you ever wake up on the morning after Thanksgiving not knowing what to do with your fridge full of leftovers? You could go the savory route and make a sandwich — with sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, all topped with a fried egg (because it's breakfast, after all) — but that seems a little intense for your first meal of the day.

Or you could go the sweet route, with this light yogurt parfait that makes good use of leftover cranberry sauce.

To make these parfaits you'll need your favorite yogurt (plain or vanilla Greek is a good choice), leftover cranberry sauce, honey, and your favorite granola or cereal (having a mix of options is fun!). The cranberry sauce provides a tart contrast to the creamy yogurt, while the honey adds some sweetness and the granola lends some crunch.

If you've got kids or houseguests, simply set out all the ingredients at the kitchen table and let everyone assemble their own parfaits to their liking. What a great way to start the day!
