Q: I've been enjoying meal planning for my boyfriend and myself, but his schedule just got moved to the late shift. This puts a wrench in how I plan our meals since he is now eating dinner at work and lunch at home. How do you plan good meals for two people with different schedules without going crazy?

I used to just plan what to eat for breakfast, make lunches the night before, and have something in the crock pot for dinner, but now I need a new strategy. Any advice?
