Q: I share a kitchen with two other enthusiastic cooks, and my allotted fridge space consists of the narrow middle shelf, where I can't see most of what's there, and some shared crisper drawer space. I find myself eating out more and eating far fewer veggies and fruits than I would like because of this set-up. Help!
My cooking style centers around batch cooking, especially in the summer - I'd love to make a big salad to eat all week, but it would take literally all of my fridge space. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
