You love Thin Mints, you love popcorn — why not put them together for a delicious dessert-like snack? All you need are some popcorn kernels, Thin Mint cookies (calling all Girl Scouts!), white chocolate — and a bit of green food coloring.

The popcorn gets that green color from food coloring, but if you're averse to the idea, it's totally fine to leave it out. The popcorn will obviously still taste the same without the food coloring, and might even be a delicious surprise to unexpecting guests.
