Fresh, homemade potato chips are mixed with a Thai herb salad that includes cilantro, basil, and fish sauce. The combination just works.
You would think that the wet ingredients like the lime juice and fish sauce would just make the chips mushy, but somehow the flavors meld together and the sweetness of the salad mixes well with the saltiness of the chips.
