Bethany is the person behind the lovely personal blog, This One's For You, and her Canadian home was recently featured in a House Tour on Apartment Therapy. I loved her cute little kitchen, especially once I read that it was a DIY project she did all by herself in three days!

As Bethany tells Apartment Therapy, the kitchen is the one element in her home she's most proud of:

My husband went out of town for a few weeks, so I decided to redo the kitchen. The moment he pulled out of the driveway, I was on my way to Home Depot. I finished it in three days, stopping only to sleep. I redid the counters and cupboards, removed the wall cabinets and hood fan/microwave, covered the walls with bead boarding, added exposed shelving, and replaced the fridge. It felt like a brand new room!

For a three-day project, I think it's terrific. It's functional, simple, and sweet. To learn more, check out Bethany's blog where she writes about the process and shares a few more photos → Kitchen Before & After at This One's For You
