It might be basic and it might be expensive, but damn it, brunch is irresistible. To that end, BrunchCon is the food festival you've been waiting for.
Grub Street reports the March 26 egg, pancake, and mimosa bonanza will be held in Brooklyn and will feature events such as brunch speed dating, a hangover lounge with greasy food and hair-of-the-dog cocktails, and food from vendors including Cafe Grumpy, The Malaysia Project, and Samui.
Tickets are $55 until February 15, when the price goes up to $60. The event's website also lists other U.S. cities where future BrunchCons may be held.
Get on your brunchin' pants and grab a pair of dark sunglasses to brunch the day away.
