I love beets, and may try the beet ravioli. The pictures are lovely.
I think beets are so beautiful but I really don't like them. I've tried them every which way. The only time I thought they were okay where finely shredded in a salad so I could hardly taste them.

Couple weeks ago I had beet ravioli in a restaurant nearby, very delicious. Also I made beet risotto one week ago, which was absolutely great. Even though I couldn't get any horseradish to top it.
