If you're heading to (or hosting) a Halloween party this weekend, I've got just the treat for you: spider cookies. They're easy to throw together (no complicated Pinterest tutorials here) and festive — a win-win!
These cute little arachnids don't even require an oven — they're no-bake cookies. You simply pulse rolled oats, flour, sunflower seed butter, and honey in a food processor. Then you roll the dough into a ball, cover it in shredded coconut, and add on the pretzel "legs" and the chocolate chip "eyes."
Bonus: These cookies can be made ahead and kept in the fridge. They're also great for kids — let them decorate the cookies while you figure out what costume you're going to wear to the party.
