These dreamy, creamy popsicles are so gorgeous, you could stare at them all day. But why do that when you could eat them? Packed with fresh figs, ricotta, honey, and sea salt, these beauties are a fun take on cheesecake — in popsicle form.

With six ingredients — ricotta, sweetened condensed milk, half-and-half, honey, sea salt, and figs — and a blender and some popsicle molds, you're well on your way to frozen-treat heaven.

If figs aren't your thing, feel free to sub in summer's best fruit — peaches, nectarines, or fresh berries are all great substitutions.
