These Blackberry & Coconut Scones Make Me Excited for Berry Season

Is it blackberry season right now in New York? No, definitely not. The cold weather mixed with the sad, gray skies don't scream fresh fruit. But, we're close, you guys! These gorgeous coconut scones are the first thing I want to make when the time is right.

Besides using fresh blackberries, this recipe is full of all things coconut – coconut oil, coconut flakes, and coconut milk. There's even a coconut glaze you're supposed to add to the scones.
