Passover is not at all over, just fyi. It doesn't end until Wednesday night in Israel, and Thursday night in the diaspora.
That means the Jews among us are still reading your leaven-filled posts hungrily, wondering if any kosher-for-passover recipes will appear. Thanks for the shout-out to matzoh brei.
