Word of Mouth: Chemesthesis

A sensation related to taste and smell, chemesthesis includes the tickle of carbonated beverages, the sense of heat from pepper, and the sense of cold from mint. We recently came across this term in The Flavor Bible and were inspired to think of some favorite examples...
