September Wines & Spirits, a new wine shop on the Lower East Side that specializes in wine from unusual places like Slovenia, Mexico and Lebanon, is offering daily tastings - yes, that's daily tastings of wine. Weekdays 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Weekends 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. And calm yourself, they are open year 'round.
