I have made a TON of ice cream this month, including the Mango Lassi Frozen Yogurt, cinnamon ice cream, peanut butter cup, caramel-swirl and nut, and blackberry cobbler (blackberry ice cream with oatmeal cookie pieces). I love ice cream month!

I've made the Blueberry Brie Tart, the Ovaltine Dark Chocolate Chunk and the Pink Lemonade ice cream.

i JUST got an ice cream maker and the first experiment was avocado ice cream... yum!

I made Roasted Banana ice cream before the competition started. All these recipes have me drooling and planning ahead for the weekend!

I've never made an ice cream with actaul pieces in it, I'd like to try some fun candy combinations.

I have to try the Grand Marnier ice cream.

My standby is mango sorbet. I am compiling some of the wonderfully creative recipes from the contest to try soon.

well...nothing yet, though I bought an ice cream maker attachment for my mixer - I don't have anything to put the made ice cream in or to scoop it with!!! so this would be awesome!!!!

This month I made mango sorbet for the first time and it was beyond YUMMY.

I haven't made anything... Yet. Gelato tonight sounds great.

This month has been lemon basil sorbet and malted milk ice cream. A double batch of malted milk ice cream, actually.

this month alone i made blueberry frozen yogurt, fresh mint stracciatella and gianduia.

I don't have an ice cream maker... I'm scouring craigslist for the cuisinart commercial-with no luck!!

I have, however, many many a bowl of coldstone-style (but 10000 times better) vanilla ice cream mixed with homemade granola and strawberries. YUM!

I've made a ton of stuff this month. I received my ice cream maker as a gift at the end of July and haven't had more than a day or two without ice cream in the freezer since. I've made chocolate ice cream, chocolate coconut sorbet, mango frozen yogurt, goat cheese ice cream, coconut ice cream, and more that escape me at the moment. Right now I have a batch of mango sorbet in my fridge waiting to go in the machine this evening.

I have made only one notable ice cream, peanut butter with caramel swirl. It. was. so. awesome.

I made blackberry ice cream with fresh berries from the lagoon behind my apartment. Delicious! And my hand-church ice cream maker added a rustic, old-fashioned essence to the whole thing.

I don't have an ice cream maker, sadly, but I did make an awesome no-churn strawberry gelato! mmmmm!

I have made vanilla ice cream several times this month. I thought about throwing in a handfull of chocolate chips into one of them, then I came back to my senses.

Sadly, I don't have an ice cream maker yet, so I haven't made any ice cream in August. However, the first recipe I would try if/when I get a maker would be the mango lassi recipe posted earlier! :)

This would be fabulous to have! I made some salted caramel ice cream for my new girlfriend...I think she's in love.

Being a Gastric Byass patient, I stay clear of the sugar and head straight for the protein. This month alone, I have made 8 different flavors of protein ice cream. My favorite, Peanut Butter Chocolate! Yum!

Since ice cream is one of the four basic food groups I try to include it in my diet everyday LOL I have yet to meet and ice cream flavor I didn't love.

Coffee frozen yogurt, using Greek yogurt and some gelatin to keep it from getting too hard.

Yes I have! I've made what is quite possibly the best chocolate ice cream ever (David Lebovitz's recipe) and green tea ice cream, too.

Last week I made Mint ice cream, Philadelphia Style.
It's so easy to make. 1> 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream,
2> 1 cup mint simple syrup: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of fresh mint leaves ... heated up and
allowed to "steep" in the fridge overnight. Remove mint from syrup before adding to mixture, and 3> 1/4 of a package (for making a quart) of powdered milk. Place
heavy cream, simple syrup and powdered milk in a cold
bowl and stir until powdered milk is dissolved. Place mixture in your ice cream maker and in 20-25 minutes
it's done.

I havent made ice cream yet, because I'm still trying to save up money to get an ice cream maker! But I can't wait for that day. I think I'd start with a Strawberry Cheesecake, with graham cracker crumbs in it!!

I've been making a ridiculous amount of ice cream, some of the flavours from this month have been peach, chocolate guiness, lemon frozen yogurt, vanilla mint sorbet and mango ice cream.

After having my ice cream maker for just a few weeks, I've made enough ice cream to stock an ice cream push cart: blueberry brie tart, white peach praline ripple, two kinds of chocolate peanut butter, honey frozen yogurt, ube, and just last night, dark chocolate with brownie bites. Needless to say, another container would come in handy, and it's definitely time to replace my old scoop!

I don't have an ice cream maker yet, but if I did, I would make Butter Pecan!

I made chocolate coconut, blueberry coconut, and plain coconut. The chocolate was the best tasting, the blueberry was the prettiest though.

I made the buttermilk blackberry ice cream. It came out tasting interesting because I accidentally added almond extract instead of vanilla extract. I still ate it. I also cut my finger on the thermometer making it.

I also made vanilla with bits of of dark chocolate spice mixed in.

I totally need this, just got an ice cream maker for my kitchenaid mixer and made homemade Pumpkin Ice cream, and also Peanut Butter w/PB cups!

We have been in a sorbet frenzy. I had a dream of eating a bowl of little pastel colored balls of sorbet, each a different flavor. Thankfully my SO is a pro at these things, and likes to play with the gelato maker. So far this month we have made peach, canteloupe, banana, pineapple, green apple and lime. They are all wonderful, but I want to add plum and raspberry! I could sure use a real ice cream spade and the container. Anything with a lid is currently in the freezer!
