Fresh farmer's market summer squash, zucchini, and patty pan squash...and plenty (and I mean PLENTY) of strawberries for muffins, bundt cakes, and frozen yogurt!

And I will probably be picking up one of these cutting boards at Whole Foods tonight anyway -- I've wanted one for quite some time. Time to finally get one!

I just bought my first ever fresh apricots, which I am enjoying with much juice and mess. I also picked up some lovely fresh peas and some greens I have never seen before but came very highly recommended by the gentleman at the market. It starts with a P and isn't purslane, has large (bigger than my hand) thick-ish green leaves with purple veins. Anyone know what it is and how best to serve it?

I've been pulling double duty on the veggies and fruits this summer--part of the joy of living in florida!

So, everything from blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, nectarines, peaches to veggies, including green peppers, red and yellow peppers, assorted greens, squash, lettuce, and cukes!

Gosh, I love my summer season--I've even included various safe tomatoes and our unique locovore greens such as dandelions, red and green romaines. all in all a great summer harvest.

would love the opportunity for one of the recylclines since I'm relying on my old metal colandar! As you can see, I'm attempting to move toward eco-friendly equipments, as well as home or local veggies and fruits!

thank you for the opportunity!
