As a vegetarian I usually have trouble at bbq's. I bring vegetable skewers and bean burgers, but the grills often have meat all over them. If I have this fantastic pan, I could grill my contributions separately, away from the meat, and have enough room to make enough for everyone. Hopefully I could get more people to try my healthy and delicious vegetarian dishes!

Now I'm TOTALLY lusting after a grill pan like this to use with my grill press, not only for paninis but for all the other fabulous grilled food. Here in the pacific northwest grilling season can be pretty short, or hit and miss.. and while I DO love grilling in the rain, I'd love to be able to grill inside on those dreary winter evenings!
