Jacqueline invited cooks and chefs to submit recipes using the best sustainable seafood from the Monterey Bay Aquarium list. She received delicious recipes from all over the country, including a Kerala Fish Bake, Pan-Fried Butter Garlic Prawns, and Seared Chesapeake Rockfish over minted pumpkin and crispy kale. It's funny to see Chesapeake rockfish on that list, because it was once endangered by overfishing. Once the population bounced back, the crab population started to decline, because rockfish like baby crabs for breakfast.
