OK, we need some help here. We have never understood the appeal of a monogrammed steak brand. Is it for the grillmaster who already has everything? Is there some deep satisfaction in burning your initials into a steak (or a portabello mushroom)? We may seriously be missing something here, so we're curious what you think.
