The twist here is the twist. The end of these measuring spoons are bent to a 90 degree angle, turning them into tiny ladles. The better to reach into narrow, deep spice bottles says Calphalon.
This 5 piece of spice measures from Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon is $3.99 in Target stores.
What do we think? We can't decide if these spoons would get a work out in our kitchens or only duplicate the measuring spoons we already own? Have your say today: hot or not?
Chime in on our poll after the jump.

They look interesting in the picture, but I think I would have to give them a try before deciding on their usefullness.
It's an interesting idea to say the least if you use a lot of spices and don't have wide-mouthed jars (like I do). I've never had any problem with my current set, so plain jane measuring spoons are all I need. :)
I have these very pretty old biology lab jars for my spices and not many of my spoons fit into the mouths, so this would be great for me. On the other hand, I have a pretty iron clad one-in-one-out policy, so they'd have to fully replace the regular measuring spoons.
I say the more the merrier when it comes to measuring spoons!
