Hot or Not? A Dish That Ran Away With the Spoon

2008_06_03-Bowl.jpgFrom Flavour Design Studio, the makers of the Buddha Bowl, now comes and the dish ran away with the spoon - a very important addition, perhaps, to your summer ice cream plans? Don't let your spoon get away - keep it firmly lodged in this bowl when not in your mouth or the ice cream carton. We are not 100% sure, though; does this leave enough room for us to mound up our ice cream? Tell us what you think - more info on the bowl below.

The bowl and spoon are sold together, and you can buy the bowl in three colors - black, blue, or white. The bowl holds 16 ounces and is dishwasher and microwave safe. Also very stackable.

and the dish ran away with the spoon, $21 for dish and spoon at Flavour Design Studio.

I'm not sure, but I'd use it with cereal and milk!

SOUP!
Because I leave my spoon in the bowl between "bites" and then it gets *hotter* than my soup; so I try to balance the spoon on top while I take a bite of salad, it falls in, and splashes me with hot soup. The alternative: put the wet spoon to the side which messes up my napkin.... so, I think this is a perfect bowl for soup!

Totally silly, however, my kids would LOVE it. They are 4 yrs and 2 yrs old. Good for that crowd.
