Our theme all August is Stay Cool! It's hot out there, and we are doing many things to stay cool: churning up ice cream, granita, and sorbet; shaking up frosty drinks, and getting out in the garden. What are you doing? We want to see how you're staying cool this August, so read on to enter your good tip or recipe.

Last year we ran our Best Lick! Ice Cream Contest, but this year we wanted to extend the sharing to more ideas and recipes for staying cool. Do you have a good tip for keeping your kitchen cooler, or enjoying the garden? How about cooler grilling? Do you have a recipe for granita or sorbet, or a killer margarita?

In fact, you can interpret "Stay Cool!" in any creative way that you like. Recipes, gardening, grilling, a kitchen hack for cooler cooking, a product that helps you make dinner with less heat — anything that helps you stay cool.
