Show of Hands: Would You Wear a Ring Pop Popsicle?

2009_06_12-ringpop.jpgWe just saw these popsicles over at Country Living. Just like the hard candy, only this one melts all over your fingers if you don't eat it fast enough. Sounds fun to us...

We're sure these are meant to entertain kids. The rings keep kids from dropping popsicles into the sandbox, and the size is a bit more manageable for small children.

But what's to keep you from making these the conversation starter of a grown-up party? They could be so cute for a singles get together (try a ring on for size!) or an engagement party.

• See these and more interesting molds in this Country Living slideshow.

2009_06_12-ringpop2.jpg• Buy the molds: Tovolo Jewel Popsicle Molds, $9.99 from Chef Tools

What do you think?

I think I'd be more likely to drop it, or drag it through something. Also, those rings never fit my fingers even as a kid. :(

I think they're fun! They'd be great for a shower or bachelorette party.

We just got those in at work! They're too cute. I think about half the staff has bought them already.

For a bachelorette party the mold would have to change!

I wouldnt want anything too sugary or colored... I can imagine major messes. On the plus, I could totally see myself biking with one of these (probably in a white mini dress, hence the necessity of light colored juice)
