Recipe Box from The Regional Assembly of Text

2008_12_10-RecipeBox.jpgWe seem to get asked about recipe boxes and recipe cards a lot. Seems like there just aren't enough options out there; where are all the cute, modern, and clean-lined recipe boxes?

Well, here's one great option.

2008_12_10-RecipeBox02.jpgThis recipe box is from the very intriguingly-named shop, The Regional Assembly of Text, based in Vancouver, BC. This small boutique has an emphasis on text, books, and writing, as you might imagine, and their recipe box carries that quirky, bookish imprint.

It includes 12 dividers and 100 index cards to get you started on all those homemade recipes, and it fits standard 5” x 3” index cards as well. Size: 5 ½” x 3 ½” and 2 ½” deep.

We love the look and the price. It's only $28 -- not bad, considering how much these boxes can run. It's a lovely and practical gift (for someone else or... yourself. Ahem.).

Go Vancouver!

The Regional Assembly of Text is one of my favourite stores! They're friendly, relaxed and fun there and they host letter writing nights and a machine to make your own buttons.
